Every domain has a moment when reality has already changed but the language used to describe it hasn't caught up.

The pricing structure everyone accepts as “the market” was set by the first entrants and never questioned. The definition of leadership every executive inherited describes what leaders do — not what leaders create. The marketing playbook the industry follows was built for a world where attention was scarce and patience was abundant.

That world ended. The playbook didn’t update.

These are not knowledge gaps. They are language gaps. The structure is there. The mechanism is operating. The economics work. But because the inherited language can’t describe what changed, almost nobody can see it.

Cadence House exists to close that gap.
