What This Book Is

Not another business book

The book the ecosystem was built from.

By Edward Azorbo

Leverage is not another business book. It is the source text — the book that contains the proprietary methodology that every series in the Cadence House ecosystem was built from.

The Dimensional Jump Law. The Zero Multiplier Principle. The Three Games. The Representation Gap. Mathematical humility. The architecture of multiplicative systems. These frameworks didn’t come from academic research or trend-watching. They came from twelve years of direct contact with businesses — watching what actually governs outcomes when the inherited explanations are stripped away.

The 7 Families books cite it. The Strategic Architecture Glossary is built from it. The Advantage Series applies it to leadership. The Multiplier Series applies it to growth. Every series in the ecosystem is an application of what Leverage contains in its complete, original form.

The reader who has read three ecosystem books and then reads Leverage experiences a qualitative shift — the fragments cohere into a unified architecture. The reader who starts with Leverage and then discovers the ecosystem experiences the opposite shift — the architecture finds its applications. Both paths compound.

The complete methodology is documented at the Strategic Architecture™ Glossary and the canonical book page at stratarch.co/leverage.

The Frameworks

Inside Leverage

The intellectual territory.

A visual map that names the key frameworks — giving the visitor a sense of the territory without giving away the methodology.

01

The Dimensional Jump Law

Why naming a dimension that doesn’t exist in the current vocabulary creates more leverage than optimizing every dimension that does.

02

The Zero Multiplier Principle

Why one structural zero in a multiplicative system destroys everything — and why most businesses can’t see the zero because they’re measuring the wrong things.

02

The Zero Multiplier Principle

Why one structural zero in a multiplicative system destroys everything — and why most businesses can’t see the zero because they’re measuring the wrong things.

03

The Three Games

Why every action operates inside one of three time physics, and why businesses that see only one game are structurally destined to plateau.

04

The Representation Gap

Why reality can already have changed while the language describing it has not — and why the biggest opportunities often live in that lag, invisible to everyone still reading the old map.

These are four of the frameworks the ecosystem is built on. Leverage contains them all, in their original form, at their full depth.
