Four series.
One architecture.

Each series enters the architecture from a different angle. The vocabulary recurs across every book. The seeing compounds. Begin where you stand.

Series Overview

Five books.
One architecture.

A Cadence House Series · Created by Edward Azorbo

Seven recurring structural families — revealed beneath five essential domains of human capability.

The thesis: beneath the hundreds of mental models, persuasion techniques, learning methods, performance systems, and negotiation tactics that fill business books, there is a simpler structure. Seven recurring functions appear in every domain where decisions matter. Name them once, and every domain becomes more legible. Make them legible, and every domain becomes more executable.

The promise: after reading any book in the series, you won’t think “I need to remember thirty-five models.” You’ll think “I need to ask seven questions.” The models organize themselves around those questions — available when needed, quiet when not.

The Books

5 Volumes · The Cognitive Operating System

Book 1 of 5

Mental Models

How you think and decide. The seven families operating beneath every mental model in print.

Book 2 of 5

Persuasion

How you communicate and convince. The architecture beneath every technique that ever worked.

Book 3 of 5

Mastery

How you learn and master. Seven families of understanding beneath every domain.

Book 4 of 5

Performance

How you execute and achieve. The structural physics of getting things done.

Book 5 of 5

Negotiation

How you trade and create value. Seven families that operate inside every deal.

The Source Text · Forthcoming from Cadence House

A cognitive operating system — not a bookshelf.

Business owners, founders, and strategic thinkers who want a cognitive operating system — not a bookshelf of disconnected frameworks.

The reader who has read dozens of business books and suspects there’s a deeper structure connecting them. The reader who wants tools that fire under pressure, not tools that sound impressive in a seminar.

The Connection

The vocabulary of the ecosystem.

The 7 Families is the cognitive operating system of the Cadence House ecosystem. The seven structural families — Nullifiers, Multipliers, Sequencers, Positioners, Simplifiers, Accumulators, Filters — appear across every series.

The reader who absorbs the 7 Families sees the architecture operating inside the Multiplier Series, inside the Advantage Series, inside Leverage itself. The families are the vocabulary. The other series are the applications.

Series Overview

The structural laws that governed civilizations.

A Cadence House Series · From the Strategic Architecture System by Edward Azorbo

Three books. Recovered from the domain that captured them and applied to your organization.

Leadership moves people through the field. Power changes outcomes within it. Opportunity configures both so they compound.

Each book recovers a word that one domain’s heavy use compressed into a fraction of its original range. Leadership, power, opportunity — these words once described universal structural forces. They’ve been narrowed into corporate competencies. These books restore what was lost.

Eleven laws per book. Each law proven through a historical story from a civilization the reader has never encountered in a business book, grounded in a modern parallel from an organization the reader recognizes, and applied through a diagnostic question that catches the reader in the act.

The Books

3 Volumes · 33 Laws

Book 1 of 3

The Leadership Advantage

The reader’s pain: “My team can’t see what I see.” The architecture that makes vision transmissible.

Book 2 of 3

The Power Advantage

The reader’s pain: “I can see the opportunity but I can’t change the conditions.”

Book 3 of 3

The Opportunity Advantage

The reader’s pain: “I have the pieces but they don’t multiply.”

Who This Series Is For

For those whose
ambition requires more than effort.

Senior leaders, founders, team builders, and anyone whose decisions affect how other people see, move, and act.

The reader who has absorbed every leadership book on the market and suspects the word “leadership” has been captured by one domain — and wants to recover what the word once meant.

Series Overview

Whether your business adds or multiplies.

A Cadence House Series · From the Strategic Architecture System by Edward Azorbo

Three books. One operating system. The invisible forces that determine whether your business adds or multiplies.

The source sentence: Capture, sustain the attention of an audience in the market, and monetize it. Three verbs. One resource. A dependency chain encoded in the grammar — you cannot sustain what you have not captured, you cannot monetize what you have not sustained.

Each book takes a word the industry thinks it understands and replaces the inherited definition with a structural one. Book 1 redefines marketing. Book 2 redefines conversion. Book 3 redefines monetization. The definitions are the most transmissible element of the series. Carry the definition and you carry the book.

The Books

3 Volumes · The Tactical Execution Layer

Book 1 of 3

The Attention Multiplier

Marketing = capturing, sustaining, and converting attention across time. Eleven invisible variables that govern whether your signal builds an asset or creates a liability.

Book 2 of 3

The Conversion Multiplier

Conversion is not something you make happen. It’s something that releases  when conditions cross their threshold.

Book 3 of 3

The Monetization Multiplier

The revenue infrastructure that captures accumulated value and closes the loop back into attention.

Who This Series Is For

The structural mechanics beneath what works.

Growth-hungry business owners, marketers, and entrepreneurs who want the structural mechanics beneath what works — not another collection of tactics that decay.

The reader who has tried every funnel, every hack, every playbook, and suspects there’s an invisible layer governing why some businesses grow exponentially while others plateau.

Series Overview

Charge what you're worth — and have the market accept it as inevitable.

A Cadence House Series · Created by Alexandra Gonzalez

Four books. The complete protocol for knowledge businesses.

The series follows a sequence: pricing first, because pricing is the decision that determines everything that comes after. Then the product ecosystem that sustains that price. Then the demand that the ecosystem generates. And finally the sales that the demand converts.

Each book destroys an inherited belief the market accepts without questioning — and replaces it with an architecture that changes what’s possible.

The Books

4 Volumes · EN & ES · The Strategic Protocol

Book 1 of 4

The Inevitable Price

Why you charge what you charge, and how to change it structurally.

Book 2 of 4

The Inevitable Ecosystem

How to design a product ecosystem where every piece feeds the others.

Book 3 of 4

The Inevitable Demand

How to create demand that doesn’t depend on your constant presence.

Book 4 of 4

The Inevitable Sale

How to convert demand into sales without pressure or dependency.

Who This Series Is For

A protocol — not motivational advice.

Coaches, consultants, trainers, content creators, and experts who sell knowledge.

The reader who knows their service is worth more than they charge — but doesn’t know how to structure the change without losing clients. The reader who wants a protocol, not motivational advice.

The Legibility Letter
